Editors should do their work in providing informed decisions. They should not handle manuscripts outside their expertise. They have to carefully read the manuscript and the reviews (dismissing inappropriate ones) to make informed decisions.

Rude and aggressive reviews are not acceptable. Personal attacks are inadmissible. Criticism should always be professional, directed to the work not the authors, respectful and constructive.
