The TMNT/Naruto crossover is so mind blowing of the lore implications. NYC existing in the Naruto universe as the Village of the Big Apple, complete with the Statue of Liberty is insane. Why didn't the Big Apple help in the Fourth Shinobi World War? Weak leadership or opportunists if you ask me.
