A recent order of Pastel Rainbow Haze, based on a mid 1550s tapestry image of the Black Magi Balthazar. 🧶 A lovely soft rainbow palette that creates a more ethereal look, particularly the suri silk haze in the last pic if you pair it with a solid. 🌈 #yarnsky #indiedyedyarn #yarnlovers

It is finished. About to make lots of [mostly yt ppl] very angry and shocked. Let their crying and vomiting commence. #booksky #medievalsky #makeracistsupsetsky

A sneak peak at July's #yarnclub colorway inspired by a 16thc Black figure. A plum/gold bc we're classy! For July, crafters get 400m (fingering/sock) of a gradient in the form of 5 mini skeins, to create cool projects. 🧶 The cute accessory for this month is a gauge measuring ruler. More soon! #yarn

Folks, I was just informed that @mollyboom.bsky.social passed peacefully yesterday surrounded by loved ones. Over the yrs, I got to know Molly personally & admired her willingness to listen, learn & grow. She became a yarn club member & never stopped cheerleading for many of us WoC. 1/

Harriet Tubman #quilt by my Mom, Vera P. Hall, who makes quilts celebrating Black people who fought for their own freedom. This seems to be the crowd favorite of the “We Didn’t Wait for Freedom” series. Happy #Juneteenth #quilting
