I’ve been dealing with a lateral meniscus tear to my right knee. I’ve been in PT for several weeks and I’ve made progress until tonight. My knee got hung up and despite ice and etc.. it’s is killing me. PT tomorrow. We will see. WTF???

Bill Moyers died. I loved his interviews on PBS. My favorite interview was with Joseph Campbell. That interview led me into reading Campbell and having a better understanding of us as humans and my own “heros journey “. RIP Bill, thanks.

There’s a mass shooting and Trump says to get over it. The GOP strips away Medicaid and McConnell says we’ll get over it. You know what? We won’t get over it. It took 43 years to get an apology for what they did to the Japanese American community. But we got one. We will persist. Count on it.

They’re planning on building a detention center for migrants in the middle of the fetid swamps of Florida. If you think this is something new, the first internment camp they sent me and my family to in 1942 was a barbed wire prison called Rohwer. It was located in the swamps of Arkansas.
