Someone born 150 years ago was 22-23 at the start of the Spanish American war & 42-43 when the US entered WWI. If he lived to 100 and married a girl born in 1955 before, she would be 70 right now & entitled to his benefits. The last Civil War pension paid out into 2020. This is plausible
