After weeks of confusion, I got confirmation today that I have been offered a late entry commission into the Royal Corp of Signals! It took me 20 years to smash through every jnr and snr non commissioned rank, now I get to see what's on the other side of the velvet rope (surprise, it's more work!)

Had to take this nervous girl to the vets today, she had a wart on her back that had become detached and the area around it had swollen up. She's fine, just a course of anti inflammatories, she has been told to cut down on the treats because apparently 9.8kg is a bit heavy for her size 🥲

This is Ivy, our ex breeding rescue doggo who went from shivering wreck to fuss demanding diva in two short years. Last night, she demanded to go downstairs to survey her empire (garden) twice, once at 2am and again at 4am. Consequencially her loyal subject (me) got bugger all sleep 😴
