We're in for some powerful weather rollercoaster in the next week, typical fucking March. I may also be sick with something. There are no other explanations for two 2-hour naps in 3 days. I don't nap, I'm too hardwired to "the sun is up, I must be awake", so any nap means something is going on. 😩

The nice thing about having zero income to report on a tax return as a Canadian is I can netfile on the first day submissions are open with the CRA in about five minutes and not have to worry about forgetting. (The un-nice thing is of course that this is yet another year not formally employed. 🙃)

We use toilet paper instead of boxed tissues because it's cheaper by a long stretch. Sometimes this means replacing a nearly empty roll with a full one, so the bathroom gets an extra. Sometimes you have to replace several at once, so you end up with a half dozen nearly empties by the toilet. 🤣

Yesterday I finally cut the trouser pattern out of the linen I got 9 months ago. Today I'm frogging the collar and button panel of a sweater I knitted 4 years ago that I can't wear because I can't find buttons to match neon yellow, big enough to fit the buttonholes I made. Crafting takes time!
