A more reasonable conclusion would be that *within arm* changes in outcomes are often similar between treatment and "placebo" arms...which is of course true and why we use control groups in the first place. What a joke.

It looks like my son needs glasses. I am so used to always having and using them that I underestimated the trauma of a seven year old being told he was going to be different than all of this friends.

My son suggested we all try screen time limits and I realized how much of my life is interacting with screens. Not sure I have a good alternative but I was sure surprised by how central they are to life
