Oh fuck the AI-resume reader Workday is being sued for literally discriminating against people who are older, claim they need accomodation for a slight hearing problem, etc. You want people to work until 70, stop ageism. If laws won't do it, lawsuits will.

I have read that the American Dream now costs $117K a year, up from $78K five years ago, a 50% jump. That's a real reason Biden lost. One of several. Also all these layoffs. People get scared for their literal security and the response is "but muh democracy" - you're going to have a bad time.
