This is, by some distance, the most unforgivably stupidest thing the government is doing. An easily sellable proposal, which would actually help Brits, and unlocks meaningful negotiation. Irrational and anti-growth.

I couldn't agree more. Alsongside updating the RE curriculum to avoid it breaking human rights law (as it currently would do absent an unconditional right to withdraw), and removing the unfettered access of evangelists to schools revealed by @pfie.bsky.social's report: heyzine.com/flip-book/f1...
