Having to call an ambulance for my dad wasn't on my bingo card for 2024. He had a quintuple bypass last year and today had some sort of episode. Praying for good news...

I'm looking forward to Avowed and Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 next year. I loved the Pillars games and KCD 1, even though the lockpicking on the latter made me want to throw my TV out the window at times. :)

Graphically I thought Dragon Age: The Veilguard was great. I also enjoyed the combat. A rogue felt like a rogue, which sometimes is hard to do in games. Character creation was also awesome. It was the only RPG that I've ever played that I could actually make a pretty accurate representation of me.

The only positive thing about having really bad social anxiety is that you get to play a lot of video games. I have played a ton of Starfield, Baldur's Gate 3, Dragon Age: The Veilguard, and Star Wars Outlaws this year, among others.
