As a coach, I've started to write workouts based on music. Somtimes it captures the perfect vibe of the song, and sometimes, the instrumentation is what I want the athlete's legs to be doing. I wrote my workout "Exurgency" based on @zoekeating.com's "Exurgency." It's sure to take you places.

I worked a Hyrox event as a medic in Houston this past weekend and there were people wearing "Make American Healthy Again," unironically. I guess they exist. But there was also a young girl wearing a red "MAKE AMERICA CUNT AGAIN." I kinda loved it?? Was she on my side or the wrong side?? 🤔
