Walk with the dog. Often the herons and egrets land on the foot path, Luna is getting better at not running after them but she was looking at me like "when can I go play..." A lot of walkers & dogs along the river so the birds are used to it. 🪶 #birds

A very cold and windy morning walk but the sun is out so that feels good on the face. A moorhen in the mud, my walking partner, a tree with about 50 finches on the branches and a heron. Have a great Monday! #birds 🪶

Bit of sad news, the inventor of Nutella, Francesco Rivella, passed away at 97 years old. My wife loves Nutella, I'm not a big fan but he sure came of with a winner of a product. 🤗

I put out birdseed on the south balcony, I can look from my desk and see who's eating. It took about a week before the birds has courage to approach the ledge, now they devour a ball of food a day. 🪶

A finch taking off. I've learned with the small birds if I can get a focus on them then I click away, they never stay still for more than a few seconds and sometimes there is a keeper on the sd card. #birds 🪶

I made another fountain pen. 🤗 Writes well, medium, smooth. This one I'll call perseverance. Drilling & glueing difficult, turning slow then a small piece blew out during polishing. Epoxy resin and shavings, fixed. Polish. Pressed one part together wrong then redo. 😠#fountainpen #woodworking
