This is me setting up for a lifestyle game shoot. As I head to #GamaExpo I am grateful for the opportunities to create fun lifestyle photos and videos for several great games. Over the next few days I'll be talking business at #GamaExpo2025 but also sharing on instagram all the new games I see.

We are spending our holidays catching up on Detective Charlie Advent Calendar (@loki_kids). This advent calendar has 3 little mysteries to solve (one per week) and slowly shows you clues to narrow down the suspects. It's a simple mystery to solve so far and our kids are loving it.

GAME OF THE YEAR! SETI (by CGE) is the best game I’ve played all year. Maybe a top 5 all time. From the first turn to the last I couldn’t shake off the feeling of “this game is amazing”. I couldn’t find one bad thing about it.

Pax Unplugged took all my energy and I'm finally recovered. Time to talk about some of the games I saw there and Floristry from Up Games was one that got me excited. Simple to play 2 player Dutch auction for tiles. Loved it.

Hello Daitoshi. I have been looking forward to play you for a while. I have enjoyed games from your designer (Dan Garcia). I have enjoyed the world your game is in (Bitoku). Unfortunately you did not knock my socks off. Great game mechanics but it was a slow pace and took over 3 hours.

I had zero interest in this game due to theme and art. But once I played it, wow, it’s good. It felt like a smaller streamlined version of Star Wars Rebellion (one of my fav two player games). Give every game a chance. Pagan Fate of Roanoke by @capstone-games.bsky.social
