Just finished reading Orc and the Last Born by Cornelius Clem on Royal Road. One of the most well written fantasy novels I’ve ever read. Being one who adores orcs and goblins, this was a tremendous joy to read. Highly recommend.

From #NAMM2025 the SSL18 sounds amazing, Dpa mics have got their microlock, and practically every merchant is focused on dolby atmos. There’s still a lot to see. Thank you, GCPro for the coverage.

I’m missing NAMM 2025, and I really wanted to go. Anyone run into anything cool there? Any neat microphones? #NAMM2025 #NAMM

5 chapters left. This book will be clocking in at 275,000 words. Then I’ve gotta catch up on audiobooks I’ve got lined up to produce. Somewhere in all that, I still have to record the audiobooks for books 2 and 3.

I can’t believe I’m 18 chapters from finishing this last book. I’ve been writing it for more than a year as part of a series I started publishing in 2020. Five years of my life.

Can’t believe I’ve got less than 40k more words to write for this book. It’s bonkers that everything’s finally coming to a close. I feel like I can see the finish line.

⭐️ 🌿🌿 🍄🌿🌿 🌿🌿🍄🌿 🌿🍄🌿🌿🍄 🌿🌿🌿🍄🌿🌿 🍄🌿🌿🍄🌿🌿 🧶 🎁🎁🎁🐈‍⬛🎁 Happy Holidays, bluesky! The tree stands on a ball of yarn to distract the cat so that everyone is happy. Open the presents. Don’t eat the mushrooms.

8k words today. And I’m finally biting a goblin arc I’ve had planned for near 5 years now! Hundreds of thousands of goblins! I just hit 200k words for this book, and I think i have another 50k to go. #writing #litrpg

Any microphone geeks on bluesky? I’ve been an audio engineer since 2000, I’ve worked with a few different microphones in that time, and I would love to talk microphones with anyone! Also 500 series modules, preamps, and equalizers.

I’m writing, and it feels so good to hit the 600,000 word mark on the last book of a trilogy. About 60,000 more words left until I publish it. There will be more goblins after the trilogy, whose stories I’ve been wanting to write for ~5 years!

The first short story in Madeleine Kind’s Good Days Camping series went live this morning on Royal Road. It’s short and sweet and inspired by Laid Back Camp. The audio is also available on Youtube. I got to have a lot of fun with the narration on this one. 🎙️ www.royalroad.com/fiction/9901...

Recently finished narrating the first of several short stories in a series called Good Days Camping by Madeleine Kind. The stories are cozy adventures camping akin to the Laid Back Camp anime and manga. 🎙️⛺️ Got to do some EQ coloring too this time!

What an awesome read this was. Excellent monster evolution litrpg.

Just finished the Artem Underworld 2 book series by Kevin Sinclair. Oshbob might be my favorite orc of all time. Highly recommend this series for an awesome LitRPG. If anyone’s got orc or goblin recommendations please let me know! I love love love goblins 💚
