Have discovered I - and a lot of others - missed the option to customise the Inquisitor and world state to match your Inquisition playthrough in Veilguard. Just had to sit through a random default Inquisitor moping about hooking up with Solas. Raging. As if. My Inquisitor CORRECTLY despised Solas.
