A few people are underestimating how City have operated in the past vis a vis building squads. If you consider that most if not all the players whose contracts expire this summer or summer of 2026, will leave this summer, then we will see AT LEAST five players out the door from the 1st team.

One of the things that I've been thinking about is that Haaland is still not an axis of the team. It's like we picked the false 9 team and put Haaland in it. Like he still doesn't belong to the team. With more legs and youth I hope we can play expensive football that suits us going forward

Two big things I took away from Pep's interview with Neil Warnock. That he's going to stay more than 2 more years. And that him and the club know that the squad needs a heavy rebuild. He said himself "it will take more than one transfer window". He also seems very relaxed.
