Enjoying this peaceful MCFC midweek if I’m honest… will be buzzing for the game when weekend arrives 🩵

Severance. Wow. No spoilers in this post, but it is an incredible piece of television. It is hard to make something that perfect, that fragile, so complete it is painful to watch at times. Very inspiring.

A few people are underestimating how City have operated in the past vis a vis building squads. If you consider that most if not all the players whose contracts expire this summer or summer of 2026, will leave this summer, then we will see AT LEAST five players out the door from the 1st team.

Weird how Pep's mood seems to be getting better and better. 🧐

Jamie Carragher currently doing his annual scramble on X after revealing his true character, again.

If any City podcast are willing to give me a try on an episode I’d be grateful. Would love to give it a go and put myself out of my comfort zone.

He’d have picked the lock in that type of match yesterday. For me, we’re still looking for his replacement as opposed to KDB’s in the summer

Oops

Man City friends, if you know any US based supporters who will be at Liverpool, I’m trying to organize a photo opp/meet up by the summerbee/bell/lee statue at 2:45 pm local time on Sunday! My colleague will be there to capture, pls spread the word x

Team I'd pick today: Ederson, Lewis, Khusa, Dias, Josko, Nico, Bernardo, Foden, Savinho, Marmoush, Haaland.

In that regard winning the sextuple in his first season has done him some harm

I think every manager should be judged by a 3 years cycle. And any manager can be successful or not in those terms

One of the things that I've been thinking about is that Haaland is still not an axis of the team. It's like we picked the false 9 team and put Haaland in it. Like he still doesn't belong to the team. With more legs and youth I hope we can play expensive football that suits us going forward

Manchester City’s Record League Crowd On this day (23 February) in 1935 Manchester City established a new Football League record crowd of 79,491. Here's the story of that day and cuttings. Enjoy! Subscriber Content Subscribe to get access If you would like to view this article then please…

Two big things I took away from Pep's interview with Neil Warnock. That he's going to stay more than 2 more years. And that him and the club know that the squad needs a heavy rebuild. He said himself "it will take more than one transfer window". He also seems very relaxed.

I like @ahsannaeem.bsky.social's shout of bringing both Callum Doyle & Delap.. Makes perfect sense, and also for the volume of games

It’s days like today why I’m glad I’m not on X anymore 😆😆

Chin up Blues, onto the big game Sunday. Have to hope we get a reaction after that terrible showing last night. Seen reports of how many will leave in summer, suspect a fair few but John Stones won’t be one… Stones has a year left, and put simply who’s paying for him…??

Been Sent some X screenshots of the vile toxic stuff the same idiots on X are saying. Horrid place. Friends of mine getting hammered on there. Hope they do what I have and leave.

City have a bright future with these young guys. They'll remember this. And they'll learn. Let's focus on top four and the FA Cup.

Can't do the review on @9320pod.bsky.social so going to put some thoughts on here. Deep breath. Last night felt like one of the worst displays in a big game in quite some time. For me the reason isn't technical or tactical, it's simply about belief.

Anyway, the 115 verdict, if it goes our way, will feel like winning a league and cup double. Was always the most important competition of the season. 😂

On Foden. Some unforgivable bollocks being spoken about him. Disgraceful stuff. A victim of his own quality and versatility. He’ll be back just like Pep and you’ll all eat your words. 🤬

This is an uncomfortable truth people won't want to hear.

It’s the cowardly social media reaction to banter from opposition fans. Much easier to slag your team and players off than defend them, plus it generates more engagement.

⚖️ It's hard to see how the Premier League are not at serious risk of the shareholder loan provisions in the Nov 2024 rules also being declared unlawful.

When You hear pep talking, you know he knows all we know and more, but suddenly this losing run got some mutants believe they know more
