We should adopt the German hybrid system. If you make under a certain income, you can get a government regulated health insurance covering 87% of the country. If you want to purchase a private insurance, you can pay out of pocket.

It's their cope for death. They can't stop time or aging. So, they think hording all the wealth will make a difference. It's not. It's all a surreal comedy.

I'm not excusing anything. I'm saying it's not their age; it's their wealth that is problematic.

LOL, AI can't math. The latest birth year for boomers is 1964. 2025-1964 is 61 . Even if you take 2024-1964, it's 60. The range for (according to your AI screenshot) is 50-70 years old. The wealthy are clearly multi-generational. Stop relying on AI and actually read the articles.

You all realize that the real propaganda here is to divide people by generation. It's not the fault of Boomers, Gen-X, Millennials, or Gen-Z. It's the 1% regardless of generation. If you're arguing within the generational divide frame work, you just got suckered into one of the classic blunders.

Cooking will save you a ton of money! 3 pounds (2500 calories approx.) of raw food is $3.24 (retail) in a city supermarket. Rice $.75 per lb, chicken (dark meat) $1.49 per lb, and fresh veggies $1 per lb. If they're on sale, you can lower the price down to $2.50 for 3 lbs. $5 for a bad sandwich?

At this point, they should go back to full service grocery stores. You hand your list to an employee, and they will get your items for you. Self-service shopping was a commercialized practice to induce impulse buying and brand marketing.

And may your Humvee not tip over in the desert due to all the hillbilly armor that the E-4 welded to the sides of the vehicle.
