I love how the starter packs are getting more and more specific. If you are searching for people doing research on pensions and retirement, this seems to be the one.

Starter packs are really cool but also come with the risk of reinforcing existing biases on #econsky. They increase visibility for those in a network and who may already be overrepresented in the profession. Sooo, if you host a starter pack: maybe go through your list and check whether it’s biased 🫶
