The only reliability issue so far has been the circuit itself. Red Flag due to a power cut. Floodlights and light panels around the circuit went out and some team garages have no power as well. #F1Testing

according to erik van haren the drivers are outraged by the FIAs newly imposed measures, and according to @SmilexTech the drivers were not consulted about the new FIA rules.. i’m ready for the GPDA statement!

The FIA has completely lost the plot! This has nothing to do with safety or anything race related, it's 100% about silencing criticism. I hope that drivers and teams take a stand against this (maybe a strike)

Failing to slow under a yellow flag is definitely a penalty. 10 second stop-and-go is probably a bit harsh and a penalty that hasn't been given out in years. This race once again highlights that there is absolutely no consistency in the way penalties are applied.
