Been an SNL nerd since I was a kid. Still have clamshell VHS & old box sets of early seasons. One of the biggest thrills of my life was getting to scamper through those halls during an episode. There's an energy there, baked into the walls of 8H, that's unlike anything else. Happy 50th, SNL.
