Thank you to everyone that sends me pics of their kids reading my books. It's super fun!

Three years ago I was working on the art for LEGO Brick or Treat and I got to choose some characters.

Have you ever re-written something so many times that it just sounds like gibberish to you?

I just supported this Kickstarter! Kevin has been talking about making this book for so long and I have known him for quite some time! There's also a pinup somewhere in here that I had a lot of fun drawing 😁

Taking a break from flatting a book I can't talk about and working on some pencils for a story I can't talk about yet. So, here's another picture of something I couldn't talk about a while ago, that I never posted. I received this Max figure way back when I was drawing the comic for LEGO Club

Free Valentine's from 2024 are still available for free ony website! www.jasonmay.com/shop/p/freev...

Unfortunately, Revolutionary Comic Fest has been cancelled, so i obviously won't be attending. I'm hoping it comes back next year and I can be a guest again. Maybe I'll do something special on March 22 like take online commissions.

Good morning. I'll be flatting more graphic novel pages today. As usual, I can't talk about it yet, but here's a lost treasure that I never posted to make up for it. From the early days of creating my graphic novel, Bags and Bots. At the time it was called Robotic Madness.

The new Fantastic Four movie looks fun! youtu.be/kHr20dFeR6g?...

Looking forward to Kid's Con! If you're in NH, be sure to check it out.

This should be some good stuff! Can't wait to read it!

Still working on projects I can't talk about right now, so here's a really early page from a Chima comic I did for LEGO Club Magazine in 2013. I think this ended up on LEGO.com and in boxes with the instructions.

My daughter asked me to finish watching the original Time Bandits with her. Core memories unlocked.

I'm color flatting some comic pages tonight. It's fun to get paid for coloring within the lines 😁

I have been waiting for approval on an upcoming project and it finally came in. I can't talk about, so here's a pic I couldn't talk about a long time ago that I never posted. I believe this was reference for LEGO Brick Or Treat when I was working with Random House.

Man. It's been a good week for my freelance work.

I guess I going to be flatting some comic pages tonight. Should be relaxing.

Comic artists. Which ipad are you using? Pro or Air? I need to run Clip Studio and be able to do some photoshop work when the client requires it. And is 13" a must?

I've been focusing on inking Helmights 3 lately. Any time I do this, I pick up new art gigs. It happened again. Lol I'm going to try and continue even if the pace slows.

Great book

I don't know what's happening, but a lot of freelance stuff has been popping up this month. Very grateful. Stay tuned.

Oof. Instagram just changed their profile pages to look more like the tiktok grid. That's rough for branding if you've set up future posts to look good as squares 😬

2024 was a pretty awesome year for me, creatively speaking. After roughly 6 years of writing and drawing (and sleepless nights of wondering if I had made a huge mistake betting on myself), my 307 page OGN was delivered to the 700 amazing supporters of the hugely successful crowdfunding campaign.

I've been poking through some old photos and I keep finding LEGO Club Magazine art that I drew. Here are some Chima pages. It was a fun property to work on. I couldn't really talk about them while I worked on them and then I never posted them.

I'm really enjoying Space Goonies

Happy New Year! Let's see what 2025 brings 🀞

Who's got a favorite New Year's movie or show? I used to watch the Three Stooges Marathon when I was a kid

A sudden uptick of followers! Welcome. Hopefully I'll have some more fun stuff to post soon. I hope everyone has a great New Year's!

It's snowing here in Rhode Island. I might have to break out the snow skate.

A big think you to all of my friends who sent projects and clients my way this year. I appreciate it. #makingcomics
