Moving away from US services as much as possible. Gmail is being replaced by Proton, Google by DuckDuckGo, Twitter/Meta by Hey.Café, Microsoft 365 by LibreOffice & Homemade NAS. I am here, but BlueSky is a (for profit) US company, so I may not be here "forever", considering the path US is taking.

How do you feel, as a U.S. citizen, about the United States slowly becoming the newest member of the Russian Federation, under Putin's rule? The flag is already the same colours, so I think it's just a matter of you guys replacing English with Russian as your official language. 🤔

I started my journey to reduce the consumption of "US-made" products. I know I will not be able to remove everything, but I am sure I can reduce significantly my dependence on products and services from this newly established Rogue State.
