If anyone heading into the Sundered Doctrine contest mode tomorrow would like a study guide for the first encounter, I hope this helps! The timer is the biggest threat, so minimizing the # of lenses needed will help a lot. If anything here is incorrect please let me know!

Tech #4 came out today, got a tech manager. Actually looked at my modem logs, did a live test on the line outside, and pretty quickly concluded that the issue is with the main line. Result is a line crew coming out within 24 hours! Here's hoping this is finally going to be it.
