I hate the way musk thinks he’s a techie. Expert in computers and all this nonsense. He thinks a system in place for decades is missing a checkbox and he’s made some amazing discovery. Embarrassing.

Hello non-technical people. Just a heads up. Musk isn’t a programmer, a systems architect, or anyone with experience building or running large systems of any kind. However, he’s taken credit for others binding large systems which makes him think he’s That Guy. He is not.

Costco, which has come out saying it supports DEI, will make no changes to its existing programs, AND pays workers a minimum of $30/hour, is up 15% YTD. Target, which announced it is ending all DEI programs and has a minimum wage of $15-$24/hour, is down over 4%. Keep voting with your wallet.

So much for getting that RTX 5090. Or buying a new car (I'm not paying 25% more). Or even refinancing my house (because of the idiotic inflation this will cause). I can survive without the 5090, but the other two are pretty important for us. :-(
