There is much more of this coming because Trump voters are now feeling and seeing what they voted for as it is now affecting them.

Who could have guessed that the former leader of the Proud Boys—convicted of sedition because of January 6th—would, after Trump pardoned him, start to harass the hero cops of January 6th? Who could ever have guessed it? (This went down at the Principles First conference in D.C.)

This is a shameful way to treat our fellow citizens who are public servants. This doesn’t make America great.

Remember when America had friends? Like a month ago?

This is really something

I don't think the Dems can stop the firings. But why aren't they proposing legislation that assures those that took the buyout get paid , and that all that are fired, get at least a year severance and health benefits? And any one with a health condition is covered the entire time they are sick?

If you ever wondered how a civilized modern country like Germany could have gone so completely and violently insane, you're looking right at it. Shoulda shown up.

In 2024, the NLRB filed a complaint against Tesla for interfering in a union drive at their Buffalo, NY assembly plant. Today:

History tells us of so many who fail to act, hesitate, or freeze and then pay the price. They sit back in shock or disbelief until it’s too late. They don’t rise to the moment. I have news for you. You are there right now. open.substack.com/pub/fpwellma...

How’s this prediction going so far?

“Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!”

Democratic leaders: I think it's abundantly clear at this point that simply going along to get along ain't gonna work. Trying to negotiate ain't gonna work. Being collegial ain't gonna work. What you're doing right now isn't working. Take your gloves off and punch back. Hard.

Everything’s going to be ok now, Doofy is here for you ♥️ #Cat #Cats #CatsOfBluesky #CatLover

Dark Pence is back.

JFC. When plane crashes become the norm, the Republicans in Congress who refused to put a stop to this will have blood on their hands.

NEVER MOSCOW MITCH NEVER FUCKING NEVER!

Fear is contagious. The fear these parents feel about vaccinating their kids should be redirected to fear of the disease itself. Instead of choosing modern science, they bet their kids lives because they were given misinformation. Vaccines do not cause autism, but cloaked science does harm kids.

ALL states need to pass a utility law like this. Consumers should only pay for utility service, not marketing, investor relations, or lobbying. www.canarymedia.com/articles/uti...

Communists this sounds like an opportunity

The gene therapy Zolgensma helped children born with spinal muscular atrophy grow up to run and play. But the cost was stunning: $2M per dose. While taxpayers and small charities funded the drug’s early development, executives, venture-capital backers and a pharma giant have reaped the profits.

Awful: Internal USAID memo instructs employees to refrain from talking to the media about cuts in assistance to the most vulnerable or they may get fired, WaPo reports. Trumpworld knows this is a big political problem for them. Keep the focus on it. New piece: newrepublic.com/article/1915...

Trump voters: Had enough yet?

Atlanta police have set up secret surveillance cameras outside of Stop Cop City activists' houses and gathering spots––and they refuse to answer any questions about the cameras www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025...

Coolio ain't in the mood for your chit.

READ Danielle Sassoon's letter to AG Pam Bondi, via @nytimes.com: "Rather than be rewarded, Adams's advocacy should be called out for what it is: an improper offer of immigration enforcement assistance in exchange for a dismissal of his case." static01.nyt.com/newsgraphics...

Nobody voted for this guy to run a Taco Bell.

'“Competent white men must be in charge” is as close to a rallying cry as I can imagine for the Trump administration although, of course, it strains credulity to say that either Donald Trump or his subordinates count as competent.' - @jamellebouie.net www.nytimes.com/2025/02/12/o...

This reads like the opening paragraph of a novel so bleakly dystopian you'd put it down after five pages

Incredible: Russ Vought’s daughter has cystic fibrosis and benefits from a “miracle drug” made possible by the National Institutes of Health—an agency Vought now aims to gut as part of the Project 2025 attack www.motherjones.com/politics/202... We’re done here. Right?

Cutting cancer research to own the libs? New day, same backwards thinking bullshit

The wonderful Mike Luckovich

The dumbest people who have ever existed are running the country

Canadian MP Charlie Angus: Wasn’t it just a week ago that we were supposed to get a 30-day pause? And now, suddenly, he’s focused on steel and aluminum imports? No one in Canada is surprised. Did anyone actually believe this guy? That his word meant anything? He’s a criminal.

the beyond parody presidency

Trump just suspended enforcement of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, a key anti-bribery law signed by Carter in 1977. For 50 years, it stopped corporations from bribing foreign officials. Now, Trump is letting corruption run wild.

They don’t think it will make Medicaid better. They don’t care about the debt. They want to break things & stop helping poor people. Why are you so bad at journalism?
