Not sure if this is a weird flex... I went 57 hours in between dilations (bad) and then when I did finally dilate, I ended up sizing up to the 4th (biggest) dilator up to the 4th dot. So is the 3x/day dilation requirement driving early post-op trans girls insane really that necessary? I guess yrmv

I have a burning urgency to get a passport now before I somehow can't. I already 'somehow can't ' bc it costs $160 for the passport book, and if you just get the $30 card then you can't leave North America. Money is always an issue but this is super important. It's the last doc I haven't updated.
