Just posting a few of these today, there are 8 others in the batch. Non unit-specific green with some gold and sky blue. Plan to paint light effects for headlights and brakes, canopy stuff etc.

Started a new battletech painting project. These tanks and vehicles are doomed to be part of the OPFOR in a future scenario, and I realized all my stuff was painted as 66th Avalon Hussars. While I consider the unit the bad guys, they need bad guys to fight!

Finished up the basing and brought the mighty beast into work where it sits in its seat of power next to the telephone

Sat down tonight after work, 6 hours ago, and finished painting this one. Need an idea for the base.

Hey y'all, haven't posted any new mechs in a while, mostly because I haven't picked up a paintbrush in about 10 days. This time of year I am generally demotivated - it's cold, dark, holiday expectations, and the anniversary of my pop's death. Rest assured, I'll be back to it in January.

Started work on the 4" madcat today. It has been sitting on my desk for a hot minute, starting at me in zenithal. Didn't bother with the lightbox as it's a wip. Got most of the red based

Progress on our bright yellow torsos

Did a little more work on base colors. Yellow always looks so cartoonish until I've done some things to it. The remaining models are getting some hot pink under the yellow to make some shadows. Arms and legs have their base layers.

Straying from my usual yellow to red plasma and exhaust cloud. Figured I'd try blue. So far so good, more blending to do and I think adding some teal or seafoam to the color will make it pop.

Trying to be creative. Started a new project for the 17th company of the 67th battalion. Initially I planned for white with purple and green stripes, but that was too space at&t. Switched to purple right arm and left leg, yellow left arm and right leg, and green torso and head. Primed and purpled.

My Jaywalking Mauler because it's not the best 90 ton mech but it's the coolest!

Finished up 67th Battalion 9th Company. Three of these have been done for a while, the rest were either part of the kickstarter or in various states of incomplete. These are all based and ready for the battlefield.

@scottywazz.bsky.social ad placement in the den was right after two points out of first one point out of second

Here is my abridged collection of Battletech Warhammers. Purple and white of 11th co., silver & pinstripes from 41st co., red and black from 72nd co., green and orange from 4th co., and a custom blue and white camo.

Painted this urban lance for a friend using the same red and black scheme of the 66th Avalon Hussars 72nd company

One of my favorite books is Christine by Stephen King. Our DM gave us all one supernatural totem mech suggestion. We talked about a regenerative Mech with some advanced gear and at the end of the conversation he had me paint this, The Pristine Highlander.

This was an experiment in dark motley on a Hunchback 4P variant, offset by a brightly colored alien world hex

A Battletech Black Knight from the 66th Avalon Hussars 72nd Company, stomping across a rainy and muddy field with an uprooted fir laying in its path.

New account, new platform, new content from me. Painting minis helps keep my mental health in check. This is a Battletech Thunderbolt from the 67th Avalon Hussars 9th Company, painted primarily purple yellow and white. The base is a work in progress, inspired by a Caribbean beach.
