Trip to Skegness today, won some tat, had a nice meal, and slushy and donuts, some of which came home. Most of all I listened to my brain this morning screaming to get out of the flat, so I did for relatively little expense, and feel miles better for it 😊.

There we go, decent enough game against some hardy soulblight and I think that's Carnage List locked in, was a loss but a few better charge choices would've turned out differently. Two hammer units for different situations, and bunch of support pieces that can benefit either.

Hmm, think my Carnage idea is too many warscrolls and not fast enough, it's a complete 180 from my full aggradon lists and I think it's a bit much of a change for me to deal well with :/ Want to get my Kroxigors ready, but I think I need to go back a step too.

Hunters units all built fully best I can, doesn't help the box doesn't allow for two musicians because of how warcry uses the models 😅 also got new arms stuck on damaged eternity warden so he can be repainted as new old blood on foot for a silly idea when I get all my guard sorted.

OPINIONS PLEASE! So now I have your attention. Came to mind last night that maybe a troglodon general is useful for Carnage. One Secondary is retreat General twice, so a double healing monster that can give out -1 to hit might be good. But it sacrifices definite field general #Seraphon

Despite my misplays and overlooking how the astrolith works now the second list version felt better seeing it all on the table. Gotten all the bases dry brushed with the moot green before the game too. Also got the missing bases for second unit of terradons made up and gravelled 🙂.

Cleared up all the other bases and models and while it's still alot of new stuff, managed to get Caliban green onto all the bases. Hopefully tomorrow I can get them all dry brushed early then maybe glue models on ready for painting

All of my bases I think I need gravelled up. Need 3 for terradons as the ones that came in the box from ages ago were broken and I didn't get them replaced at the time. Also I seem to have misplaced a blot toad or two but hopefully they'll turn up in a bits box or two #seraphon #ageofsigmar

Spray can lasted just long enough for another 10 warriors this morning, this week starting off well! Will pickup another tomorrow after office visit. Think tonight i'll gravel the bases left over for units, as I do have plenty of black to spray those even if I don't get to the office tomorrow.

Gotten majority of what I wanted undercoated this weekend, takes my models to paint to 62 and models to undercoat down to 48. I need some more white spray but I might try and get that undercoating count down far as I can before some days away #Seraphon #ageofsigmar

Bases all sprayed, and the 6 kroxigor. Now if I just have enough wraithbone for the astrolith bearer, spawn of chotec and the handler tokens and a extra hunter that's good. May have to leave the other 10 warriors, but they're for build b if build a feels like it'll not do well enough.

Also I forgot to mention my scaly spawny boy who will lead me to conquering carnage. Must admit I partially want to drop in the second metal old Sculpt one I have as it's fun and I have the right sized base for him to appear roughly the same height thanks to a tactical rock at an angle.

Some order from the chaos: 6 kroxigors I must paint, I want to get used to them. 3 more terrawings, cheap and fast. Either fix my old astrolith or paint the new sculpt. 10 warriors I could paint. Then also 10 warriors and 5 hunters to paint if I sub out a bastiladon in the end. See how far I get.

Preparing what I need to get based, undercoated and painted for Carnage I realised there's 62 models I never got their bases dry brushed and black rimmed to have the updated base scheme. Doing those takes my completed models from 39% of my total to 60%. So I think that's my goal this weekend.

Damn, the All Seraphon Regiment choice for the oldblood's really has helped. I might sub the second Bastiladon with Solar engine for 10 Warriors and 5 Hunters with Dartpipes, gives me more board presence but still 4 shooting units. Wasn't possible switch with old restrictions #Seraphon

Slight worry over the amount of models I have in my Carnage List, but I am gunning for the Secondaries award more than anything, so it's geared highly likely to get my own 5 of those and hopefully deny 5. Well the Spawn of Chotec melted some fulminator armour with its one shot, allowing a bastiladon to zap an extra dude or two, then two to be smashed by the soul kroxigor left alive. 5 Saurus Guard's definitely better for some amount of bodies, but that was fun it actually happened. It might stay in.

Also, that Oldblood Carnosaur 20 points drop made my Carnage Idea work by getting me to 120 points free for saurus guard unit. The Oldblood's regiment choices appear to have expanded too. So if it has when the battlescroll pdf is up then I need to adjust where everyone goes! #Seraphon

Got another Intro game to do tomorrow evening, Guys got some semi-decent, possibly better, Stormcast choices so i'll be bringing out Carnage idea if it's built enough to field. Quite enjoy guiding people through their first few rounds, done it a few times now.

Didn't end up getting any models prepped/painted. Might swap Saturday's list for something with no prep needed. I did get myself back to baking something, Vanilla Victoria sponge with cherry's in. Peppermint icing and more cherries ontop. Icing might've been a bit much but just what I wanted to do.

Now I can't decide. 4 x Carnosaurs. Either with 4 x 3 Aggradons, 2 x 3 Aggradons and 3 x 10 Warriors, or 2 x Solar Engine bastiladons and 3 x 10 Warriors. Either full cavalry, full saurus with some objective support. Or objective support and some shooting rather than just melee. #seraphon
