For anyone who says it’s the manager… Look how Dorgu played compared to others prior to 70th minute. Give Amorim a few transfer windows to sort out the squad. It’s going to take time to get rid of players unwilling to fight.

It’s honestly baffling that these guys can’t wake up until something positive happens, whether that be the 30th or 90th minute. It’s a character issue. You can’t teach it and a manager certainly won’t solve it. You have to get rid of players who don’t have the competitive drive from the start.

Focus on not getting relegated and make it to the offseason. Rid of the dead weight not putting in a full shift, give some of the academy kids some playing time as a result. Need to give Amorim a proper offseason to work on us.

Have to say, I’m not too upset with the result. To be expected as we have lots of work to do. But we’ve made progress, had a couple good looks, and held them off a while until their corner opportunities. As Amorim said, it will take time, but I like where we are headed.
