“protect your crease with dude wipes” is unforgivable

well maybe we can be one of canada’s states or whatever they have

let’s do that hockey

The #Chiefs don't have an obvious outside fix at left tackle... but they also don't have an obvious internal solution. What's the plan? @kcsportsnetwork.bsky.social | @bynatetaylor.bsky.social

you already know how to get it for $1 less

championship football has returned to kansas city

oh come on

This is anti-science & anti-people. The neuroscience behind why these medicines work has been proven, there have been countless studies on their effectiveness, their side effects & interactions are known and accounted for by prescribers, & the medicines are controlled & regulated. It’s unnecessary.

This is a great story with some jarring moments. Joe Bleymaier's quote (below) and this nugget about Andy Heck and the LT situation stood out.

What was the #Chiefs' offensive game plan in the Super Bowl? @bynatetaylor.bsky.social | @kcsportsnetwork.bsky.social

hell yeah

for... the... second time???

Kareem Hunt, Isiah Pacheco and Kenny Pickett had the same number of carries in the Super Bowl.

Here's the podcast of the season finale of The Josh Brisco Show on 96.5. It was kind of sad. Kind of hopeful. Mostly carried by @footenoted.bsky.social, Matt Verderame, and producer Jaymes. Fun season, really fun shows, tough way to go out. 🎧⬇️ www.audacy.com/podcast/afte...

i made it until 3:29 p.m. on monday before i absentmindedly wondered, "what if kingsley could be an above-average guard?"

i think i said that i'd bet the house if i just knew saquon never busted a long one. his longest run was 10 yards. never gamble.

how my super bowl rewatch is going:

glass half-full: this should be a featured part of next year's offense glass half-empty: this should have been a featured part of this year's offense

eagles defense is 11 unwell human beings carrying sledgehammers all over the field

The Chiefs went 1,106 days between playoff losses.

i made it until 9:26 a.m. on monday before i absentmindedly wondered, "what if they would have just continued to develop kingsley all year?"

the only chiefs player who had an objectively good day on offense was the 170-pound 21-year-old rookie

have a good night folks 🫡

i watched brodie croyle go 0-10 why would i draw the line at the super bowl

i am going to play a truly embarrassing amount of college football 25 over the next month

we might get there

Great point. Look how many years here the Patriots didn’t get blown out in the Super Bowl.

How long would it take for the Chiefs’ offense to score 34 points in this game? 12 quarters?

The Chiefs defense has a 26.2% blitz rate and a 26.2% pressure rate. Earlier, they had a lower pressure rate than blitz rate. Eagles have 52.4% pressure rate ... and haven't blitzed once.

It’s also a real shame to waste a respectable effort from the Chiefs defense. It wasn’t perfect, but it was enough to support a competent day of offense.

This has been a Tampa-esque meltdown, but Mahomes was incredible amidst a comedy of errors in Tampa. Today, he’s made a losing effort worse. Pretty simple so far.

excited for next year’s punter to learn about “touchbacks”

vic fangio’s exact energy:

this is the most i’ve enjoyed anything since 5:30

DeAndre Hopkins dropping a wide-open Super Bowl target to keep hope alive before the half has sent me to Tampa Watch. Mahomes finally delivered an explosive and a Hall of Famer dropped it. Sad.

Sweat vs. Thuney. We talked about it. There it is.
