the best simple hack to elevate your cardio is to wear a high quality sports facemask from like Under Armour… you automatically breathe harder 😮‍💨 still had sore abs from Sunday (I only did 2x20… yeah getting older is stupid), but the time to get back at it in the gym is “now” so 🏃‍♂️
