There's an unpaid project making the rounds, and for my money, the micro-managing and quality expectations on display are ridiculous for volunteers. I still do volunteer work. I love it. If I have the time and like the vibe, cool! BUT-- you have to be mindful of how you interact with your crew.

Dear God, so much shit I’ve observed across my VA spaces today. Something in the water. There needs to be a conversation about how to talk to and manage volunteer VAs. People can be so rude, and their expectations way too high. I’ll make a video eventually, but in short… have some goddamn grace.
