kind of captures this weird sense of indignation on the part of proAI image generation people that they've had to thus far treat art as a service to be paid for rather than a free resource to exploit, hence the technology they champion basically camoflages a collage of images they didn't pay for

Not to distract from the OPs point, but if you really like a writer or artist who supposedly created it whole new genre, find out who influenced them. Not just Lovecraft even Tolkien or whoever. Follow the chain as far back as you can.

I dont feel like quote tweeting anyone but the way commenters will try to dunk on the models for pics in articles like these gives "parakeet attacking the reflection in a mirror" energy. I remembered we had this little monument in town and thought it might make a good post for #BlackHistoryMonth There's a legend quilt patterns were used as signs on the Underground Railroad. It's interesting to me how the general idea is similar to west and central African symbol alphabets. #Georgia
