For me - #theLastShowgirl is the film of the year. Director Gia Coppola has turned in a cinematic masterpiece shot on beautiful 35mm. I was so thrilled to see it last night followed by a Q&A with Pam and Jamie. The movie of the year (More thoughts below)

As the year is close to ending I keep catching up on movies I have missed. Thanks to @vinsyn.bsky.social and OCN I was able to finally see #RedRooms. This is hands down my favorite film of the year. I haven’t stopped thinking about it since I saw it 4 days ago. Genre fans rejoice. Go in blind!!!

Underrated film Sunday watch. Jessica Lange, Michelle Pfieffer, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Jason Robards, Colin Firth, Keith’s Carradine, Michelle Williams, Jonn Carrol Lynch, Pat Hingle and Elizabeth Moss in an updated King Lear. It’s great and so worth a rewatch (or 1st watch). Great kino release
