Unfortunately I can't say that my new story is a reprieve from all the bad news, but it IS at least about some *different* bad news. Thanks to the fine folks @defector.bsky.social for letting me share my grief about the changing Yukon River.

I just pushed a notebook to github.com/kratzert/Car... that shows how to stream the data of the Caravan MultiMet extension from the public GCP buckets. There is a button included to open it directly in Colab, so no worries about setting up a local environment for just playing around with the data.
