The entertainment industry as a whole is an extremely hard place to survive, and it’s especially difficult now. If you want to keep consuming art and seeing it get made, support creatives however you can. Even if it’s just words of support - you help keep us fighting in the face of so many “no”s.

So. It has officially happened. I have been officially let go from my position at CDC. I wasn’t a probationary employee. I had stellar performance reviews every year. I’ll be ok. But please understand that many worked HARD to get into these positions and were doing great public health work.
