You know, on the tangent of Oprah and Ava DuVernay I was reminded the other day that it's been 10 years since Selma came out. The hype machine Oprah made for that movie with multiple specials about it on OWN was unreal even though you could tell it was going to bomb.

I married into a family which is largely Saugus/Lynn Townies with a dash of Lowell/Dracut. I know the area well. It's that this is our first back up there since having left and we've never had to get things like hotels (and family has no room because the housing market is overcooked).
