Funny timing. Taking a short break from reading some publications on how to quantify and characterize mRNA (our lab is new to it but will need to be doing this in an upcoming project) and ran into this on the timeline. I think the manufacturer in fact has a very good idea on the dose.

This has been passed around for a while but This is not a new initiative it’s very narrow and someone submitting without much animal data will have to do a lot of work to support their claims Animal data is much less expensive than clinical studies. It’s an important derisking step.
