Bunch people accused me of misinformation saying they’re targeting the disease not the people with the disease. I’d like to ask: you think autism and ADHD and neurodivergence is a disease? And why exactly (and how exactly) do you think it’s ok to reduce the number of people with these conditions?

TYVM for alt text! Can I suggest? Using OCR via Google lens or Apple photos gives more equivalent access to disabled. That gives all the text vs. a summary. All the text (which would have included the who and when) is then a more equitable goal. *I hope I don't get blocked for this.

Going to look at med changes for metabolic impact. The basics are, my feelings are flat except with anxiety or fear spikes. No joy or feeling happy, no pleasure, no contentment in good things. I can focus, I can concentrate, but everything has been flat for almost a year.

I was fuming at this exchange yesterday for asking for alt text. I was direct. Putting "Union Square rally" on photos of protests is not alt text. It is useless and the worst kind of alt text. I had to put Bsky away at the entitlement and tone policing, plus OPs, I won't do alt-text.
