Why Air Travel’s Getting Dangerous: The Trump administration has been aggressively pursuing policies that will make travelers’ odds inevitably worse. My latest for @slate.bsky.social slate.com/business/202...

One of the most baffling & discouraging aspects of the current discourse is the motivated unwillingness of some liberals to see Trump as being in the bag for Putin, despite literally everything. "Doesn't need to be collusion" -- like, "If there's another story I can tell myself, I'll take it." Why?

After eight years of inactivity, the search for the wreckage for #MH370 began again last weekend in the remote Indian Ocean. Now, just five days later, the ship conducting the search has left the area. In today's episode I discuss what comes next. www.deepdivemh370.com/p/mh370-sear...

I know this is going to sound crazy, but what if we elected politicians who WEREN'T criminals?

A third search for the missing Malaysian airliner #MH370 is now underway, 11 years after the plane's disappearance. It will be quick, limited & scope, & essentially exhaust all plausible endpoints in the southern ocean. If the plane's not there, it probably didn't go into the sea after all.

I miss DEI

A search vessel has arrived in the area where #MH370 is believed to have gone missing & has deployed robot subs to scan the seabed. Its location answers a lingering mystery: why the company thinks it has a chance of finding the plane in a twice-searched area. www.deepdivemh370.com/p/first-mh37...

The third seabed search for the missing Malaysian airliner, #MH370, is now underway. For more information and updates, visit FindingMH370.com.

A new seabed search for #MH370 is now underway. Malaysia announced back in December that it approved the project, but there was controversy over whether the search would really happen. Those doubts have now been laid to rest, as I explain in my new podcast episode www.youtube.com/watch?v=FavD...
