@benjanun.bsky.social has been helping me with publishing and other issues. She's so supportive and quick to offer ideas or walk me through things I'm lost on. She's helped so many trans women, including some of those dearest to me. She is a great friend and a tireless ally and I trust her deeply

When I had my medical kerfuffle, Monty was the only reason I survived. Using the phone was hard, and I'd couldn't remember what numbers looked like. I didn't fear death, at all, in that moment. But I was afraid that Monty would go without food or water, so I managed to call an ambulance.
