My banner is my favorite tree in my westernish MA backyard when it just starts turning red in autumn. I never use quotation marks for emphasis #leguminati

Hey opentable, I know MA is small, but not so small that we all consider driving to Cambridge for brunch. That’s a 3 hour round trip for me.

Felt this earthquake in westernish Massachusetts near Quabbin Reservoir.

@merriam-webster.com How did you do this? 😳 (My handle means, “I am tired.”)

The loudest, whiniest people keep loudly whining that they are being silenced. And other people believe them.

The voters who put him over the top - the ones who only vote every 4 years - have NO IDEA what is going on right now. They wanted cheaper groceries and thought changing parties in the White House would do that. They were uninformed then, and they are uninformed now.

Husband and child are sport farting. 😑

It was 10°F when I was pouring my coffee this morning and I thought, “Oh look, the cold snap is over.” I might still wear my Maine Mountain parka though, because I love the color, “cayenne.”

I can’t remember ever having watched an inauguration.

Sure sure

I just read that side parts are back in style. *phew* because my hair is parting where it wants and that’s over my right eye. I’ve tried the middle part and it took forever to tame. Apparently Cindy Crawford’s “bombshell” style from the 90’s is back too. When did “bombshell” hair go out of style?

I can’t remember how long it has been since I got fairly unbiased news from the radio. I would hear news on a Springfield, MA or Hartford, CT FM radio station when getting ready for work or school in the morning. It was just there, between the songs and ads. No searching, just turn on the radio.

This shouldn’t bother me. The word is ludicrous. The entertainer is Ludacris.

1/3 I had the cutest, most heart-warming NYE with my husband and my 10yo. We had a nice dinner of crab cakes, steak, baked potatoes and broccoli, and “ice box cake” for dessert. Then my daughter showed us the prep she did for video games and a movie.

While my daughter crocheted a Wooble (Felix the fox) today, I passed her progress in Echoes of Wisdom. 😁

Perhaps it’s because I worked part time in a grocery store through high school and college, but I firmly believe that if you aren’t buying anything lumpy, the structured bag shouldn’t be lumpy. And my raw chicken shouldn’t be with my raw produce.

🥰 Enjoying all the Muppet Christmas Carol love. The love is NOT gone. 😄

I unfollowed someone yesterday for repeatedly posting memes with misspellings. I decided that was snobbish of me and went to follow again, but ultimately left the unfollow because I don’t need more irritants right now.

My watch says it’s 7°F outside. The display in my kitchen says 3°F. I might sit on the couch and drink coffee for a bit.

I honestly can't stand when journalists use the term "culture war" to describe an argument over whether or not trans people should be recognized as worthy of human rights.

Twitter was a product. It progressively got shittier, so I switched brands about 15 months ago. That’s all there is to it.
