@dalevince.com Sorry Dale but your phone system at Ecotricity needs improving. I was sent round the houses pressing 4 Took ages to get an answer after lengthy silence then told there's a long queue - might take too long as going out. Asked for call back at 5 but Welcome Team goes home at 5. Oh dear!
