Morning folks...someXs we r far 2 hard on ourselves & think we shd b doing more or doing better. I did sod all last night apart from sit on my sofa & it was nice 2 have a break & find peace in the present moment. SomeXs we nd 2 remind ourselves that we r doing enough & the best we can.
