A major theme of Trump’s foreign policy is making America look weak. He treated Kim Jong Un as an equal, traveling to Asia for photo ops. He was humiliated by the Taliban in Afghanistan negotiations. Now he claims America can’t tell a 3rd world dictator to send the innocent man we sold them home.

RFK Jr's always going on about "healthy" and what he means is a mixture of nihilism and eugenics, that public health and medicine are pointless because "unhealthy" people are going to (and deserve to) die anyway. Never mind the kid's death was easily preventable. Call them "unhealthy" and move on.
