Went to Moving Art by Richmond Ballet at VMFA today. It was excellent. Brunch at Amuse was delicious. It's as expensive as you'd expect from a museum restaurant, but it's always really good.

Purged more clothes that no longer fit from my closet. I'm down 34 pounds, which is almost 23% of my starting weight (150). I was in Anchorage (actually on the road back to Anchorage) when Mt Spurr last erupted in 1992. It was a hot mess. I have to fly to San Antonio on Sunday, then fly home on Wednesday, so she'd better blow before Sunday if she's going to do it. I prefer getting stuck at home over stuck in TX.

Scored an antique solid oak pedestal table w/five leaves and four matching chairs with woven cane seats, all in great condition, for <$400 today at Class & Trash in RVA. These tables are usually really expensive or in really bad shape. They had a lot of good stuff at good prices.

Done with Invisalign as of today! I don't recommend it if you tend to graze instead of eating real meals. Appointment was near the larger Goodwill in town (!!!), and I found some great clothes in my current size. Need to purge the stuff that is now too big for me.

Fixed the AC. Canceled Claude. I love him, but I'm not doing business with people who do business with Palantir if I can help it. If Google is being evil, don't tell me about it. I'm running out of AIs I can stand using. Gemini is a bit slow, but seems to work well so far, and I got a 1/2-off deal.

Pretty sure Gemini can do everything Claude Pro can do. Need to try their "gems" in place of Claude's projects. Google changed their no AI weapons philosophy recently, but at least they're not working with Palantir. Disappointed with Anthropic. Thought they were one of the better ones.
