So now all federal workers are to be evaluated to see how "effective" are. Sure this order won't be used to target specific people. Right?

I had a very interesting discussion with a relative yesterday who pointed out that those who utilize migrant workers should be called out for creating this system that exploits these worker, low pay, difficult conditions and has contributed to this crisis.
