Presented annually, the award is named after the co-creator of Dungeons & Dragons and recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the gaming industry.

Greg was a great guy, but also one of the true innovators of the early roleplaying industry. His world of Glorantha and the Pendragon RPG should speak for themselves. I've called him the "Uncle" of the RPG field, right beside Gygax & Arneson. A well-deserved recognition. We are all us. ❤️
