Updated my minigame system so it can give keys now! Some of the special themed rooms will have their own minigame/puzzle you have to solve in order to get out, starting with the Observatory room and the star key! #gamedev #indiegames

I've taught many people new to gamedev from kids to adult, from a practical educator lens I believe the main difference people credit to kids learning faster or easier than adults is they aren't yet consciously trying to avoid temporarily looking like a beginner at something adding alt text to help

Revisiting some existing tile interactions. The Chain tile ("Links its life with neighboring tiles") in particular was one I wasn't happy with With the new effect, it forces itself back into your hand after one turn, so you're stuck with it once you draw it #gamedev #indiegames
